1. Bring the Cold Weather to Life With Seasonal Florals and Greenery. Believe it or not, stunning florals like Amaryllis, Roses, Tulips, and Poinsettias are just a few blossoms that flourish during the colder months. Not to mention, many of these florals come in shades of red and white which perfectly compliment the natural winter landscape. Add some strands of garland, pinecones, and holly to make your celebration even merrier!
2. Silver and Gold. If seasonal colors just aren’t your thing, opt for shimmering neutrals. There is nothing wrong with planning a festive soiree, but silvers, whites, and golds can offer a nontraditional route for the couple who doesn’t want to make their celebration all about the holidays. These metallic notes will add an element of glitz and glam to any centerpiece, table settings or stationery.

3. Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow. Don’t be frightful of the colder temperatures, embrace the chilly air, lack of humidity and most of all the snow! While nearly all of your event will probably be held indoors, let guests step outside to grab a spirit at an outdoor bar or add a firepit and some lounges to snuggle up on later in the evening. If outdoor space isn’t available at your venue, keep the curtains open and turn on outdoor lights so guests can admire the picturesque scene outside.
